Materials have come down markedly the last six months (4/18/07)and labor is remaining steady. Lets get going so you don't miss this unusual  opportunity.

 Remember your home needs you to take care of it. Check all of  your windows , doors and any penetrations of the exterior wall surface for caulking breakdowns, peeling , cracking, holes, etc. Re-caulk all  openings yearly  or at least every other year as weather conditions dictate. This is a simple procedure and can save  you much  time, energy and heart ache if this task is performed. Use a good high quality caulking such as  Lexel silicone based caulking or call us and we will take care of things for you. Come back and check for another tip after the  first of the  year .
